Learn knitting basics from members of the Candlewood Valley Knitting Guild.
You will be taught how to cast on and do basic stitches.
Ages 12-18, $5 materials fee. Space is limited. Sign up online, by phone, or at the Checkout Desk. Registration and payment must be received by February 16.

More About Brookfield Library
Brookfield Library offers a large catalog across a wide range of media formats. Along with books, periodicals, CDs and DVDs, the library has books on tape and CD, as well as a large DVD collection. They also offer free downloadable eBooks and audiobooks. The library has subscriptions to several national and local daily and weekly publications and offers a career center.
The library also provides a number of programs and classes throughout the year, as well as a book drive every year in October. (Donations for the book drive begin in the Spring.)
