Children ages 4 to 5 will create simple and colorful art projects. Children will read about an artist or famous artwork, then try to create a project inspired by it. Some projects will use the same methods or materials, while others will be based on what the artwork shows.

This storytime will be messy so bring a smock and dress appropriately.

Offered Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 1:00 p.m. 

Registration is required. You can register online, via phone at 203-775-6241 or in person at the library.

Brookfield Library offers a large catalog across a wide range of media formats. Along with books, periodicals, CDs and DVDs, the library has books on tape and CD, as well as a large DVD collection. They also offer free downloadable eBooks and audiobooks. The library has subscriptions to several national and local daily and weekly publications and offers a career center.

The library also provides a number of programs and classes throughout the year, as well as a book drive every year in October. (Donations for the book drive begin in the Spring.)
