The Saint Joseph Brookfield varsity basketball teams both took first place in the Danbury Parochial Basketball League Tournament held at Immaculate High School this past weekend.

On Saturday, February 18, the boys and girls teams won their semi final games against Saint Joseph Danbury and Saint Mary Bethel, respectively.  

The finals were held Sunday, February 19, where both Saint Joseph Brookfield teams won their tournament games against Saint Gregory Danbury.

SJS eighth graders Seamus Oeser and Matt Ryan won the All Tournament Team Players Award for the boys, as did SJS eighth graders Nikki Rossman and Taylor Guth for the girls.
