Police: Hit and Run Driver Turns Self In; Cop Charged with Domestic; Employee Theft

The defendants below are considered innocent unless they are convicted in court.

 

A WestConn student turned himself in to Danbury police Friday in connection with a hit-and-run death of a fellow student. The incident occurred Nov. 22 when the New Britain resident allegedly left the scene of an accident involving a Brookfield resident. A Bridgeport man was arrested on charges in Naugatuck after selling cocaine and a handgun, police said. His big mistake? Selling the items to an undercover officer.
