Police Blotter: Violating Probation; Failure to Appear
The following arrest information was supplied by the Brookfield Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Thursday, January 19
Stephen Damiano, 50, of North Forty Drive, New Fairfield, surrendered himself to Brookfield police at 10 a.m. on a warrant for violation of probation. Damiano was held on a court set $5,000 bond with a court date scheduled for January 23.

Mark Bivona, 36, of Drover Road, Brookfield, was arrested by Brookfield police officers on active arrest warrants on file with Ridgefield and Danbury police departments, both for failure to appear in the second degree. He was held on $2,500 bond before appearing in Danbury Superior Court on January 20.
