Police Blotter: Interfering with Emergency Calls, Officers
The following arrest information was supplied by the Brookfield Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Monday, January 16
At approximately 9 p.m., the Danbury Police Narcotics Unit took Christian Lamere, 23, of Stage Road, Brookfield, into custody based on an active warrant out of Brookfield. Lamere was transported to the Brookfield Police Department, where he was processed and charged with disorderly conduct and interference with emergency calls for an incident on August 15, 2011.
He was released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on January 17.
Sunday, January 15
At 3:22 a.m., Brookfield police responded to the area of 8 Ironworks Hill Road for a one-car collision into a utility pole. During the course of the investigation, the driver, 21-year-old Eric Oldendorf, of Walnut Hill Road, Bethel, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane and interfering with an officer (non-assaultive).
Oldendorf was processed at police headquarters and released on $500 bond with a court date set for January 27 in Danbury Superior Court.
