Deal: Curves of New Milford, 80 Park Lane, New Milford is offering a weight loss classed called “Why Go It Alone.” The first class of this six-week program is free. The class is led by a holistic health coach and runs on Mondays at 6 p.m. and Fridays at 11 a.m. Curves is also offering a power walking class that will meet at Harrybrooke Park in New Milford. The first class of this six-week class is also free. The group will meet beginning on September 3 at 11:15 a.m.
