Plans for the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life in Brookfield are getting underway and organizers are now in need of community volunteers to assist with various committees.

The first meeting will be held at 7pm this Thursday, April 8, in the Brookfield High School cafeteria. Volunteers are needed to join the entertainment, publicity, online, and survivorship committees (dinner for survivors/caregivers).

The next meeting will be held Thursday, May 13, at the same time and place.

Volunteers can also support the fundraising effort by forming a team.
