Bond Commission Approves $250K for Kids Kingdom
The State Bond Commission approved a $250,000 grant for renovations to Kids Kingdom on Friday, December 10. The funding was approved in Governor M. Jodi Rell's last funding request before leaving office.
The grant brings the total state funding approved in 2010 to $1.5 million, including $750,000 for the building at Town Beach and $500,000 in STEAP grants.
